The Assessment Technology that Drives our Programming:
Our force plate technology is used to quickly assess force production asymmetries to diagnose injury risk.
Athlete’s will do a balance, plank and jump test.
An individualized training program will be assigned to each athlete based on their results to improve their specific needs as well as minimize current injury risk.
This technology is utilized by numerous high schools, colleges and professional organizations all over the world.

How It Works:
Step 1 - Book your first session:
Schedule a Private Session, Sports Performance, or Vertical Jump Measurement Class
Step 2 - Complete our assessment:
You will complete the assessment process in your first session
Step 3 - Review your results:
Coaches will create an individualized program based on assessment results, personalized to YOU
Step 4 - Get to work:
Get your schedule set with Private Sessions or Classes, 1-3 times a week
Step 5 - Reassess:
Your trainer will re-test your assessment after 3 weeks to track improvements & progress

The volleyball attack/serve, football throw, and baseball pitch are compact violent movements that if not cared for can cause issues down the road involving the elbow and shoulder joints.
These exercises have been developed to reduce injuries and manage the pains that arise from overhead sports.
This routine can be used pre-practice or competition, post-training, or on an active rest day/recovery day.
